How long does delivery take?
Custom neon signs are handmade to order and delivered in as fast as 3 working days, shipped across India. Larger or more complex designs may take a little longer, and our 24/7 support team keeps you updated.

What's the warranty and the return policy on a custom sign?
Every Eurotex neon sign comes with a 2-year warranty. Standard items are returnable within 48 hours; because custom signs are made specifically for you, they can't be refunded once in production — which is exactly why we confirm your design first to make sure it's perfect.
What's in the box and how do I install it?
Your sign arrives with mounting screws, a power adapter and a transparent hanging cable (plus a free hanging chain/studs set). To install: mark the position, drill small holes, fix the sign with the screws, then connect the adapter — and you're glowing.
