Shipping Policy

1. General

We provide free standard shipping on all orders. All orders are typically dispatched within 5–6 business days (Monday–Friday, 9 AM–6 PM IST). Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the size of the order.

There might be occasional delays in dispatch due to the custom and handcrafted nature of our products. We understand this is a rare occurrence and ask for your patience and understanding as we work to get your items to you as quickly as possible.


2. Shipping Costs

We offer free shipping on all standard orders.


3. Returns

3.1 Return Due to Change of Mind

Eurotex Wood Private Limited does not accept returns due to change of mind, as most of our products are custom-made to order. However, we will replace the item if it is received in damaged condition.

In such cases, customers must bear the return shipping cost and arrange for return shipment themselves.

Once we receive and approve the returned product, refunds will be issued as store credit for a future purchase. You will be notified via email once the process is completed.

Eurotex will not refund any shipping charges paid initially (if applicable).


3.2 Warranty Returns

Customers must pre-pay return shipping for warranty-related claims.

Once we receive the returned product for a warranty claim, Eurotex will process your claim within 7 business days. Based on the issue, either a replacement or repaired product will be sent back to you, depending on the situation.


4. Delivery Terms

4.1 Transit Time (Domestic)

On average, domestic orders are delivered within 6–8 business days.

4.2 Transit Time (International)

International orders typically take 8–22 days depending on the shipping method and destination country. More accurate estimates will be shown at checkout based on the courier selected.

4.3 Dispatch Time

Orders are usually dispatched within 5–6 business days.

Our warehouse operates from Monday to Friday, during normal business hours. We remain closed on national holidays.

4.4 Change of Delivery Address

You may request a change of delivery address any time before the order has been dispatched.

4.5 P.O. Box Shipping

Eurotex ships to P.O. Box addresses using postal services only. Courier service is not available for these locations.

4.6 Military Address Shipping

We can ship to military addresses via postal services (e.g., India Post). Courier services may not be supported for these addresses.

4.7 Items Out of Stock

If any item in your order is out of stock, we will cancel that item and issue a refund. The remaining order will be shipped.

4.8 Delivery Time Exceeded

If delivery time exceeds the expected timeline, please contact us so we can investigate and assist.


5. Tracking Notifications

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email to monitor the shipment in real-time, using the courier’s tracking system.


6. Parcels Damaged in Transit

If you receive a damaged parcel, please reject it at the time of delivery and contact our support team immediately.

If the parcel was delivered in your absence, please contact customer support with photos and order details so we can assist you with the next steps.


7. Duties & Taxes

7.1 Sales Tax

All applicable sales taxes are included in the product prices displayed on our website.

7.2 Import Duties & Taxes (For International Orders)

For international deliveries, import duties and taxes may be applicable.

We try to pre-calculate these and present them at checkout, allowing you to choose whether to pre-pay them or pay upon arrival.

We recommend pre-paying duties and taxes for faster and smoother delivery. Refusal to pay duties on delivery may result in the parcel being returned to us at your cost. In such cases, we will refund only the value of the goods, minus return shipping costs. The original shipping charge (if any) will not be refunded.


8. Cancellations

Orders placed on www.eurotex.in cannot be cancelled or exchanged once confirmed.


9. Insurance

All parcels are insured for loss or damage, up to the value declared by the courier.

9.1 If Parcel is Damaged in Transit

We will issue a refund or replacement once the courier completes their damage investigation.

9.2 If Parcel is Lost in Transit

We will issue a refund or replacement once the courier confirms the parcel is lost.
