Every sign ships with mounting hardware and simple instructions. On-site installation is available in Delhi NCR at an extra charge — choose it in the form above and we will confirm the cost.

Since every sign is custom made for you, orders cannot be returned once production starts. If your sign arrives damaged in transit or has a manufacturing defect, we will repair or replace it — just send a photo or video on WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery.

LED components carry a warranty against manufacturing defects as per product category.

Can I see the design before you make it?
Yes. We send a free digital mockup on WhatsApp, and production starts only after you approve it.

I don't have a logo file. What do I do?
Just type your business name. Our designer will create a clean layout for you, or share a photo of your existing board.

Can I get a different size?
