Shipping & Installation
Production starts after you approve the mockup and takes 5–7 working days. Delivery across India in 3–7 days after dispatch, with tracking on WhatsApp and email.
Every sign ships with mounting hardware and simple instructions. On-site installation is available in Delhi NCR at an extra charge — choose it in the form above and we will confirm the cost.
Warranty & Replacement
Since every sign is custom made for you, orders cannot be returned once production starts. If your sign arrives damaged in transit or has a manufacturing defect, we will repair or replace it — just send a photo or video on WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery.
LED components carry a warranty against manufacturing defects as per product category.
